“I'm so angry with this crowd. For more than two years, they kept promising they were going to come around and do my (admittedly, small) job. Communication was very very, very, poor. I wouldn't be at all surprised if they go out of business soon with abysmal customer service like that. Perhaps in hindsight, it's just as well I never got to use them - imagine if there had been any issues needing resolution after they'd done the job!”
