“This is the second banner I have ordered..the first one I received about a week ago and it came out great and was received within a few days. The quality of the pictures you intend to use when making the banner is very important...if the quality of the picture is poor...it will naturally look bad when it is printed...it is very important..that you check the picture before you order..it is also very important to center the pictures and align them perfectly when making your banner...it takes time...so double check and then double check again...”

“1.Your CSR team is great were very patient and helpful. 2.Regarding your website, it would be great to be able to upgrade an order I needed to cancel one have a refund to upgrade to a heavier vinyl. (before production and confirmation but after billing). 3.When paying with Paypal, I have no place to insert the phone number not in PayPal and not in your program. Thanks so much!”

“It was easy enough to build out the banner, but the layering sometimes didn't reflect properly on the proof. Eventually it worked. Overall this was an acceptable process. I liked that I could save it even when I built it without logging in.”
