“I have had my order cancelled and no refund has came through I have then attempted to call the phone number on the website which is not their phone number and my emails haven't has any response.”

“Mistakenly ordered the wrong item. When I tried making a return, utter useless. Now it’s past the return date now I’m stuck with a football top I can’t wear. Very disappointed”

“I want to put 0 stars but can't. I would recommend not to use this site. I ordered a medium Wolves top and when it arrived it was quite obvious that it was not, more like an extra small. Size in label is confusing as say GB 36. I immediately contacted them to request returns label, via the email address they stated on their site. After several days I contacted them again. It's been approx 2 weeks now and have received no acknowledgement. Therefore, from my experience DO NOT use this site. If they do contact me I will withdraw these comments. Neil”

“ordered three weeks ago for Christmas and still hasn't arrived. it was posted quickly from rfk however has been stuck with dpd. tried emailing to find out what was going on and got no response for several days. I guess this is more a problem with dpd than the supplier seeing as they actually posted the shirt quickly after I purchased it. hoping to get a response soon...”

“I also heard on 3 counties radio that you refuse to refund shirts that are clearly sub standard. Similar to other reviewers i will be taking my custom elsewhere where i can be assured of better customer service.”

“Heard on bbc3 counties radio that you wouldn't refund a lady that had an issue with her grandsons shirt and now taking legal action. I was nearly going to buy a full kit from your company, but after hearing that on the radio I'm going elsewhere.”

“Ordering was quick and easy, but the top was in unacceptable condition. The top was advertised as ‘brand new with tags’. When it arrived, the sponsor was severely damaged and the tag was hanging off. The badge was stitched poorly too. Be very careful ordering from this company. Looking at the other reviews, they seem to have a history of scamming people.”
