“The forearm pads are exactly what was needed for defense against knife attacks! The pads put a layer of protection in between wrists during practice sessions saving unnecessary pain and bruising. The pads are also handy for breakfall drills!”

“I purchased for full-contact karate training. By setting the height, you can practice various punch techniques, and the material of the fabric, cushioning inside, etc. are ideal for advanced or higher levels. Above all, I am satisfied with the fast delivery and price through promotion.”

“Be aware the size chart is incorrect. I'm 5'7" 150 pounds and the large fits perfectly. So go a size lower than the chart. An American fit and really comfortable. One of my favorite pair I own.”
