“The item (KM Nylon Pants) I was looking forward the most ripped right in the middle the 1st day I wore it right after UPS delivered it. I deeply regret buying it as I was expecting the quality to be better/higher-I'd appreciate if someone can contact me to replace them & provide an e-mail i can actually reply to instead of the no-reply@reviews.io one”

Hirondelle, Thank you for your order and we are so sorry to hear of the unfortunate issue with the KM nylon pant that you received. We 100% stand behind our products and will always replace any defective item. The nylon pant has been a staple of ours for over 20 years and sadly a defective sneaks in here and there. I am sorry that you may have received one of those in your order. We are more than happy to replace the pant or extend you a refund on that item.
