Revolut has caused me financial damage due to misleading information and declined to solve my complaint. There bonus referral campaign is a scam. They provide incorrect link, oblige to order physical card, paying delivery fee, than declines the bonus stating the link used was incorrect. Very poor service. AVOID!

Gotten worse and worse, they sent 3 cards, 2 of them to a completely different country to where I am located and wrote down as delivery address, they are unable to take feedback, and the support is garbage, with wait times of sometimes 15 min, even though I have exchanged messages previously with the agent
Clearly unable to deliver a card to a customer, and if a bank can't do that, what can they do?

I bought 2 lounge passes, you can't reserve the lounge you just turn up. But as I suspected I was declined entry at Birmingham Airport, they basically said they don't accept card entries like Revolut, so trying to get a refund for the service that was never going to work. But as yet no refund.
