"SCAM Website, Buyers BEWARE !!. Don't believe the 5-star ratings \r\n\r\n1). I placed an order for 1 item, 1 piece. After Revolve received the money, I am told I needed to buy another 2 pieces (was not told before placing order). No refund is allowed. \r\n2) When I was late to pay for the 2 pieces, I was asked to buy another item of higher price in order for my first order to be defrozen so I could get all my refund back. HOWEVER, they would only refund 57% unless I purchase another pricier item in order to have the remaining 43% refund to be processed for all purchased amount to be returned. \r\n3) When I asked why so ?. Customer Service said their job is to take and order. In other words, they do NOT the various trap set in the policy to force customer to continue buying with every purchase amount locked up by Revolve. Customer Service was unprofessional (see attached) and refuse to give their name. \r\n3) Lastly, the website is operated as a Business Account out from a Malaysia mobile number."
