“Revzilla was on point from Day 1 with immediate response and information regarding proress of order.
However UPS South Africa was at its best useless.
Several emails to receive duty and clearing invoice, they expected payment on just an email with an amount in it!?
Then said I need a ITAC import permit.
6 weeks later after several emails without response, several phone calls I eventualy get a response, ITAC is not required for new items.
For some unknown reoson UPS wanter to clear the shcks as used items!?
After 9 weeks in South Africa the parcel is delivered.
Will fit the shocks coming weekend!”
