“I paid for a premium package with a CV review, but after a month of silence, and three attempts to get their attention, I threatened to leave a bad review. Their response: “Hey there, sorry we were out of the office over a holiday in Korea. I will check on the review for you now”. The next day I received an email with the review confirmation. I logged in to check the CV review and there was nothing there!! I’m sure that they will now reply to this with some explanation as you can see on other bad reviews here… Avoid this platform, don't fall for fancy ads!!”
