“I’m so glad I decided to go with Mr East and the rest of the East & Badia team for my surgery. I was always made to feel like I was in safe hands and the result is exactly what I wanted. “I was very nervous seeing another surgeon about a revision procedure after the disappointment of my first operation. I lived with an unhappy result from my first surgery for over a decade and during that time it had undermined my confidence and affected me in both social and work environments. But by the end of our first meeting, I knew that I had found someone who listened to my experience, understood my functional problems and had the expertise I could trust to make my nose look and breathe right. I am so glad I found him and had the surgery that has restored my confidence in facing the world. Thank you so much Mr East for all your help and expertise.”

“I felt like I was in such good hands with Charles East. Apart from an having impeccable bedside manner, I felt like he understood what I wanted with my nose from the beginning. The whole process went really smoothly, I was slightly nervous before my operation, but Charles was able to go through all my questions with me, and I am so happy with how my nose turned out. It's hard to find a surgeon who is well matched in skills and empathy, but once I had my initial consultation with Charles, I felt like I didn't have to search any further!”
