“Richard Etherington, Jacqui Callan and colleague barrister, Phil Gibbs of High Pavement Chambers, Nottingham were exceptional in guiding me through a stressful ten months, in the run up to a court case. The outcome was excellent, thanks to this trio’s skill, knowledge of the judicial system, at all levels. “Very polite and helpful team providing us with Joint Property in Trust Wills. Len was very patient, working with us to protect our respective children's inheritance from a jointly owned property. After a few different drafts we were both happy with Len's advice as it is very difficult to understand the language that wills are written in. Recommended”

“I came to Steve Roberts at an extremely stressful time in my life, I was facing serious allegations from the SRA about events which happened when I was a junior solicitor. Steve helped me vigorously defend the allegations and made me feel like someone was on my side and made the whole ordeal much more manageable. We were also able to agree a fixed fee which was paid in installments to help with the financial side of things. Ultimately after dealing with this I decided to leave the profession but I am so thankful to Steve and my barrister for helping me through this.”

“I cannot recommend Victoria Rees and Richard Nelson LLP strongly enough. Victoria was caring, attentive, committed and professional from the first minute to the end, when we got a successful outcome at my fitness to practise hearing. Victoria listened to my concerns and guided my family and I through a horrendous period, where I was falsely accused of misconduct. She worked tirelessly, together with colleagues at Richard Nelson and a Barrister to ensure that every detail was examined and every question was answered. Her compassion was matched by her honesty, with no false promises being made. If friends or family of mine were ever in a similar position, I would insist on them attaining the services of Victoria Rees at Richard Nelson LLP.”
