“I was honestly a bit nervous about the whole process — flood risk isn't something I deal with every day. But Jim at RIDA Reports made it so straightforward. He took the time to actually understand my site before diving into the report, and when I had questions (probably too many!) he was patient and explained everything clearly without making me feel like I was wasting his time.
