“We are disappointed and frustrated with our experience of buying car from ride on car, we got the car on 26/09/19 and a defective piece was sent to us. After a lot of complains, the company allowed us return the products for repair. Now it has been over 10 days the car has been returned, the company is not updating us about fault and when they are going to return the car. We really regret buying the product from this company and need help in getting back my 69 pounds from the company.
The company doesn't value the customers time and patience and talks about customer keeping customer happy. This level of service is very poor and the company should be banned from selling products in UK.
Still no response from the company on condition of our car, can anyone please help in taking legal action against the company”
