“I am really very pleased with both the product, a set of broken stud removers, and your very prompt delivery which was quicker than I had expected. I am delighted that the product is USA made rather than Chinese. I purchased having , for the first time, used another set of your stud removers that was a more limited unboxed set. It worked so well that I thought I'm getting another more complete boxed set of these. Thank you.”

“Arrived quick. Usual Rigid quality. Not meant for stainless but will get you out of a fix now and then. I’ve used Rigid threading machines for over forty years and cutters for at least twenty. I’m confident this piece of kit will outlast me😎”

“Recently purchased an over £1000 unblocker machine. I used 5 times and did the job. The leaf of the wire was not proper welded and suddenly broken. I had to buy the whole wire to replace it, other £200. Customer services was rejected me straight away because it was out of warranty...”
