Hi Emil, Your goods were despatched by overnight carrier on the 15/02/2023 and a despatch notification was emailed to you. Delivery was attempted by DHL on 16th & 17th February. We have also tried to contact you by telephone and email but have not been successful. The goods have now been returned to us and we await your instruction.

Hi Emil, After several more attempts to contact you without success we have now issued a refund in full to you and closed the order.

“Recently purchased an over £1000 unblocker machine. I used 5 times and did the job. The leaf of the wire was not proper welded and suddenly broken. I had to buy the whole wire to replace it, other £200. Customer services was rejected me straight away because it was out of warranty...”
