“I bought RIDGID 2017 Telescoping Basin Wrench W/Led, a great tool, it has supported me in getting into tight corners with the light attached to see and a complete job which would have taken twice the time. very pleased with this product and the service received from the Ridgid tool shop.”

“Cannot fault the tools... but after spending £110 quid on 2 stilsons was a bit if bubble wrap asking too much?? They arrived in a binbag scratched to bits not looking their 110 quids worth For context text I ordered x2 big bahco 12" extra wide jaws (£85) from toolstop & was very happy with the packaging fron them.”

“Very good service & obviously Ridgid quality that is why I buy . As stated before would like to see discount vouchers / coupons , the order form has a box for this & I am a very good customer , but have never been sent one ? , so why the box ? Apart from that all ok , prices are good , I assume you are the main importer & who other people get from on line .”

“Hopefully this pin will last as the last one snapped when in use. Not a great design as pin can drop out when using. Need to make sure pin is always facing up”

“Supply and product very good, however unable to check product without damaging packaging and requested return twice and I have heard nothing, so opened packaging to see if it fitted alas no so I am now returning but not holding my breath for a refund.”

“Not happy that the tester came without the securing bolts that hold the pumping mechanism to the body, couldn't get them to screw in and ended up using screws instead, also pressure gauge needle starts on 8 bar but it does pump water into the pipework really good, always used rothenberger for 20years but I prefare this unit just a bit gutted about the pressure gauge and bolts otherwise would of scored it 5 stars”

Hi Emil, Your goods were despatched by overnight carrier on the 15/02/2023 and a despatch notification was emailed to you. Delivery was attempted by DHL on 16th & 17th February. We have also tried to contact you by telephone and email but have not been successful. The goods have now been returned to us and we await your instruction.
