I called customer service, they gave me an email address to write to, I had to send three emails, they asked for pictures of the damages, I sent them these, they replied requesting that I contact the retailer with the receipt, which I had said several times in the emails that I had already did, although I had no receipt.

I loved my "leather" chelsea boots, but only wore a few times before the thin skin of fake leather started peeling, leaving the stark white underlayer. Gave up after several attempts w customer service. It's a shame because they are very comfortable and cute

Ordered 2 pair of Rieker sandles via Rieker-Australia online early August 2021. No product arrived - payment was taken. Forgot about a Contact Number or direct email. Used on line email within the order section. Quoted Order Number again supplied my email & Mobile number. Order status still pending. Just over it learned my lesson never use this company again. Zero Customer service or care.
