“After leaving an air rifle in for repair and service I had no contact from them for over 2 months prompting a personal visit to check on the progress. After waiting over 10 mins whist a member of staff went to "find " my gun he returned to inform it was done and ready for me. On breaking the barrel it was immediately apparent that the seal had not been changed despite asking for the gun to be serviced. Leaving it with them for the work to be carried out properly with the assurance it would be ready in a fortnight, after a month I was told it would not be possible for any cosmetic work to be carried out due to the gunsmith being sick for the past 3 weeks. On collection the seal had still not been changed but quite clearly they were not in the least bit interested in rectifying this. No breakdown of parts or labour for work carried, just a flat fee. Very disappointed in the service and attitude especially as the owner stood listening to the conversation with a member of staff and just ignored it completely leaving his staff to deal with me instead of stepping forward and taking ownership of his companies shortcomings. Poor show leaving employee to take the flak.”

“after buying my son his first BSA R10 I was that amazed with the quality and accuracy of it I went back a week later and bought myself a BSA R10. service was first class yet again. I would highly recommend rifleman firearms to anyone.”

“Amazing service very pleased with the purchase of my sons BSA R10, used it for the first time sunday and got his first kill with it at about 55yds with ease. I will definitely be buying one for myself very soon. Thanks guys you where really helpful and very patient.”

“The brand new electronic target system is 100% excellent, Rifleman Firearms have made this a unique experience for all. The target system runs out to 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40 50 and 59 yards with a touch of a button. The large clamp is outstanding, due to the ability to place virtually all kinds of paper A4, or target cards of any size. This is a huge improvement instead of having to use a specific size card target. I am sure everyone will enjoy this new added feature of an overall excellent “Best in the West’ range. All the staff are friendly and knowledgable, helping both newcomers and the more experienced. The shop is well stocked with with so many useful items, including a vast array of rifles and pistols.”

“Very knowledgeable and friendly staff willing to go out of their way to help and give advice. An excellent air rifle range that you can use to test out guns before buying is another reason I choose to shop at Rifleman.”

“Brilliant Shop and Air Rifle Range! I am a avid Air Gunner, I visited the shop for the first time and the staff were very welcoming and helpful unlike other gun shops around the area. The shop is very well stocked with everything you could need, I then had an hour on the Range and it was fantastic! Brilliant set up, loads of targets and very professional. I will be returning soon!”

“Needed help on sorting out a reloading issue I was having so popped in for a chat - wow they know their stuff and absolutely perfect fix to the problem. Very knowledgeable staff, lots of stock and very very helpful. Top marks.”

“Took my rifle in that would not hold a group, after a chat and a look over my rifle a problem was found with one of my mounts. All sorted in minutes and a cup of coffee as well. 5 Stars”

“Mark and his professional and knowledgeable team create the very best environment to all visitors. Whether Newbies to the world of shooting, or experienced shots, their level of enthusiasm is infectious. Despite the fact they did not know who I was I felt valued as a customer, and never at any time pressurised to buy anything. Having now been with the Airgun club for a few week, I am always treated not just as another customer, but as a valued member of the club. With a feeling that my feedback is taken seriously and acted upon. I would strongly recommend anyone interested in shooting at any discipline would gain a great deal from visiting the team and the shop.”
