“I purchased leather notebooks which were fairly good quality, a t-shirt which was the wrong size and a phone charger that worked for less than a week. In hindsight I should’ve returned the charger and fed this back but never got round to it. Sorry”

“I'm happy with what I have bought, but the worst thing about your site is that you have had item such a Rifles fleeces out of stock for months. That's not good for return business.”

“Bought a bottle of gin, weeks went by, I chased it up numerous times but was given poor excuses everytime. It turned out they sent it to a random address by mistake. It took a lot of phone calls and numerous complaints before the item was finally sent to me.”
