I would like to give 0, sadly it is not available. This is a sham company that steal your money and consistently fob you off. My day 2 test would not even register so I had to arrange another test with another provider to comply. I have a chain of emails lies and excuses from this dreadful company! I am starting legal proceedings to recover my money, costs and compensation but mainly to stop this crooked practice by this unethical company who are in receipt of government grants and on the government list of providers.
