“Let down yet again by a trades company, waited for plumber, received two text messages to say there was a delay then a phone call saying plumber would not be arriving. Arrangements made for AM visit next day, waited till 1 o'clock as I had no communication from Rightio I rang them to cancel visit. Day and a half wasted. Would not recommend this company, operators more interested in selling care plans.”
