“Worst experience ever. You call a company due to an emergency and because you're in such situation they take advantage of you. We called Rightio due to a leakage issue. I was told that the service would cost £138,00 and would be taken only after the service was completed. They promised to give me a call 30 minutes in advance which never happened. The plumber stayed in my flat 20 minutes and the only thing he did was to tell me that they believe that the leakage was cause by the bath. He promised to come back next day and never appeared on the time agreed or even sent a message.
I called the company to understand why the money was taken from my account even before the service was completed and why I was paying more than what we agreed and they failed answering the questions accurately. When I said that I wanted the service to be cancelled, they simply said that was OK and in any moment have shown care with me as a customer and tried to solve my problems. Long story short, if you need anything from this company, please think twice, because they treat you like a number and the only thing they really care is ripping you off. Disgusting attitude!”
“10 days ago I arranged for the plumber to call out today. I took the day off work and was booked in for a morning appointment. By lunchtime I called them to enquire as to when the plumber would be calling out. I was advised on the phone that he would call out between 1 and 5 in the afternoon. After 4 phone calls, 5:45pm being my last call, I was told that the plumber was finished for the night. I was also told they could rearrange the appointment if I wished. I replied saying “No thank you, I will go elsewhere”. So it was a wasted day off work and I am disappointed in their service and certainly would not recommend righto to anyone.”
