"It\u2019s funny ringside has a excuse for every review on here I ordered the last dance cm punk. It was all torn and ripped and bent when it got here I am a disabled vet with nothing below the knee. I have spent tons of money on ringside and instead of them figuring out a way to get me a new figure. they said I had to print out a return label I have no printer then go to fedex wich I would have to have legs to do. Mail it back to them and wait for a claim which by that time the figure would be sold out. So I wouldn\u2019t ever get the figure at all I didn\u2019t pay for damaged packaging I paid full price. There shipping policy clearly says they are not responsible for lost or stolen packages but they are responsible for damaged packaging. They make you go through the hassle of returning the item because they know not all people have the means to do so. So they just let it slide. And when you call you get to talk to Dominique who you will get no help from at all just attitude because they where asked to do there job. And follow the policy that it says on there site so all in all if you order from them just pay for damaged packaging cus 50% out of the time that\u2019s what you\u2019re gonna get. If you\u2019re a inbox collector like myself don\u2019t waste you\u2019re time or money. Go to bbts or big apple toys or 5 below anywhere else but ringside"

"I will never purchase anything from ringside collectibles again , I bought a AEW CM Punk for my daughter for her birthday and after months of waiting we received it\u2026\u2026broken !!! His arm wasn\u2019t attached and instead of replacing the damage product I got told to the best ringside collectibles can do is give me 50% off another cm punk figure \u2026.what garbage customer service"

"Purchased 3 figures.\r\n\r\n1 totally away from the card and plastic all cracked\r\nAnother figures the box was totally bent and squashed. All plastic display scuffed.\r\n\r\nOffered $3 partial refund. \r\nOpened a case with paypal and now they have advised to post all items back at my own cost for a refund. It costs me \u00a330 to post back from the UK more than the actual figures and i will be out of pocket too because its at my own cost to return faulty goods. Customer service is shocking with so many bad reviews"
