couldn’t figure out how to stop it and forgot about it. Have been getting charged £60 per month. Never received any marketing or receipts of purchase and only caught it in looking at my statements. Company refuses to provide a refund. Absolutely horrible.”

“This is a total scam. I thought I was buying a one time guide. The guide never arrived and no one returned my emails. I then was billed $50 a few weeks later saying I purchased a suscription. I am currently disputing the transaction but it has been far more time and effort than what is worth. I do not recomend this and would say buyer beware.”
“I had an extremely frustrating experience with RiseGuide. They charged me without my consent and kept me on an automatic payment plan despite multiple requests to cancel. When I asked for a refund and to close my account, they ignored my emails completely. I had to dispute the charges through PayPal just to try and get my money back.
This company is unresponsive and takes advantage of customers by continuing to charge them without authorization. I would not recommend them to anyone. If you’re considering using their services, be warned—getting in touch with their customer service is nearly impossible.”
“Don’t do it!!! I signed up, didn’t get anything out of it and cancelled my subscription well before the renewal date. Of course it wasn’t cancelled and I was charged. I sent my cancelled email to them and no one is acknowledging that it was in fact cancelled before it was suppose to renew per their policy!”
