“The woman and mens multivitamins makes you burp up fish oil day and night. the customer service is awful. You can not talk to a person on the phone when you have a problem with your order. The person you chat with online does not help you either. I would not recommend this company or their products. I was a customer for over 2 years, but the product seemed to change and now is not so different we don't take it anymore, when I tried to pause my order, they sent it to me anyways even though I had email confirmation the order was paused. The online chat person was not helpful and did not refund my order even though I have been a loyal customer and have spent a lot of money on their products. Very disappointing.”
“Why do you only post 5 star reviews? People want to see pros and cons. I made it clear this was a one time purchase and you kept trying tocharge me monthly. Why don’t you have a customer service number for customers to call? Kinda strange isn’t it? What company does all this advertising and has no phonenumber? This is not a legit website if it was you post pro and cons of reviews everything 5 star there’s no way. Will be in touch BBB. Be honest with customers that what we want. Seems sheisty, that’s how you portray yourself. Then you mislead customers tricking them into subscriptions they didn’t ask for.
