“Staff were completely inappropriate and definitely overstepped boundaries, borderline harassment and quite frankly, creepy! complained to RIU who do not want to take any responsibility, have shown proof of the staff members tracking down family members through social media and sending weird messages to which they replied 'we are not in aposition to comment here' To top this off, the hotel wasn't finished, drilling all throughout the day, 'heated pool' was freezing, worst holiday ive ever been on Wouldn't recommend, would definitely not stay again”
