“Riverside sales were excellent in supporting a purchase when my original supplier let me down for a parasol base . Riverside sources the base and answered all my question and followed up a few days before delivery ( as promised and unprompted) with answers before delivery . I wish I had used Riverside for the whole purchase as they were far more helpful and contactable . The price was the same so they are cost equivalent so in future we will definitely use Riverside without hesitation. Thank you particularly goes to Ellie on Sales who did a great job coordinating and supporting - if only other companies did customer support like you the world be a far better place !!! I would give 11 stars if I could !”
