“Item is cheaper than on other sites. Delivery was fast but with no outer packaging I’m glad my hubby didn’t answer the door since it was a Father’s Day gift”

“No real difference from the normal briquettes so assume its an eco friendly thing. Very good briquettes but would need to be alot better for the environment to warrent the extra cost.”

“Order delivered promptly and as scheduled. Unfortunate to see the use of hard cardboard boxes to package the product. A more sustainable briquette purchased - but any positive impact was negated by the use of (in my opinion) unnecessary packaging.”

“The only issue I had was I never received a confirmation from Riverside for the order I first made, so ordered a second batch, which meant I had 2 packs but also 2 shipping costs that I never initially intended to purchase.”

“Super fast delivery. Haven't used Weber Pizza Stone yet as it's January in Scotland! I would have appreciated the box being covered as it was a valentines day present and my husband answered the door to the courier.”
