“Its a Xmas Present. Hasn't been used yet. Delivery worked OK. Needed a further seasoning owing to there being damage to the packaging and the pre-seasonong layer having been knocked off the handle allowing rust to form. This shoul;dn't be a problem. Just thought you should know, Looks like a nice bit of kit.”

“Ordered a traeger timberline xl, took around a week to be dispatched and arrived on its side on a pallet (ignoring the store this way arrows) with a dent in the hood. I felt riverside didn’t want to know and I have had to sort the issue with Traeger, I will have to fit the parts and reseason the grill which I wouldn’t have to do if it arrived as it should.”
