“Ordered some Weber briquettes as cheaper than Amazon even with postage added. Wasn’t in urgent need so 2-5 day delivery was fine. Within minutes I had an email saying they were dispatched. By the next morning DPD delivered them. Fantastic service and won’t hesitate to use Riverside again.”

“Over the last year, I have purchased a number of products with Riverside. And the least I could say is that the quality of their products is excellent and they are extremely efficient to have the products delivered very quickly. The customer service is also well above average! :-) Even if the quality of the products sold by Riverside is excellent, it doesn't mean you will never found a defective product. But even if, like for me, you should be unfortunate enough to receive a defective product (or breaking because of a manufacturing defect within the period of warranty), we can rely on the Riverside customer service: very quick to get back in touch with you, to discuss the issue, and from the moment you can provide some pictures to better explain what the issue is, they will endeavour to have the product (in my case) replaced by a new one and delivered to you as quickly as possible (the day after or as soon as they have the product again). I can only recommend Riverside, and I won't hesitate to buy more products from them, should I need to do so, as I know I can rely on Riverside for everything. Thank you Riverside! Keep on your excellent job! :-)”
