“Always had excellent service, even when a product had arrived damaged and was promptly replaced. Very happy with the prices and they have had some very good deals at times. Great smoking course The BBQ showroom is fantastic.”

“Best BBQ shop I've found so far online. The loyalty scheme is nuts, after purchasing a Traeger and other bits earlier in the year, I realised I have enough points to purchase over £100 worth of pellets and other consumables for essentially free! Amazing really. Always turns up fast, and well packaged. Would 100% recommend.”

“Our order was dealt with very quickly and we were informed of the method of transport. Originally the delivery time was 2-4 weeks but it arrived about four days later- very impressed and very happy with the prducts. We already have a bench and so they fit in very nicely.p”
