“Was delivered quickly, but the shipping charge of £7.14 was ridiculous. More so given the size of the item. Disappointing.”

Hello, Thank you for your review. We value feedback from all of our customers and will always try to implement any changes or suggestions we can. However, in this instance, we would not be able to lower our shipping price of £5.95+VAT. This is because we use a next working day delivery service by DPD who will also factor in any additional delivery fees such as a congestion charge or remote area charge. We also have to factor in our own additional charges e.g. packaging, labelling etc. Please note, our shipping costs of £5.95 are for any size order in the UK up to 30KG. This price is also stated during the checkout before payment is requested. We appreciate your business and apologise for any inconvenience caused. Kind Regards, Will Russell
