“Ordered Black Doc Martens for Christmas. They sent Red, which was mislabeled by their inventory systems. Got those returned with little guidance from them. Come to find out they had the black ones in stock but refuse to honor the sale price which is why we bought from them originally. Typical bait and switch. AVOID!!!”
