“Staff were very friendly and very very efficient. My house was valued at a realistic price which enabled it to sell extremely quickly . Therefore I was one very happy customer.”

“Kate has been a fabulous agent. She has kept us informed at every stage, communicated with ourselves our buyers and our solicitor and been proactive in moving everything along. Her positivity has been really encouraging when things were not going well and her attention to detail really outstanding. We would recommend Robert Cooney but in particular Kate to anyone.”
