“The team were absolutely brilliant, my house sold so quickly and I had 2 offers within a couple of weeks. Having on going support until the last day was helpful with ensuring communications kept going even when things got a little bit tense over confirming details with the buyer. I would recommend the team at Robert Cooney they are all fab, thank you all.”

“We were very satisfied with the service offered by Robert and his team. From our initial positive contact with Robert himself, through the enthusiasm shown by the viewing representatives and the competence of the office support staff, all the way to having a dedicated sale facilitator liaise with all parties once we had accepted an offer, we felt we were kept informed and everything possible was done to secure us the best deal and incur the least hassle. Given that their commission was also very fair and reasonable, we would recommend them highly. Very professional, yet with a nice personal touch.”

“The level of service was excellent and friendly from the sales team. The viewings were efficiently managed with good quick feedback. The brochure was well produced with good photographs. The sales progression was a definite asset keeping in touch with all parties concerned and regular feedback.”

“Regarding the sale of our house, I cannot praise this firm highly enough; the brochure was magnificent and the feedback from viewings prompt and thorough. Once an offer was made, Kate Trewhella worked tirelessly to convert it to a successful exchange, dealing with the frankly mediocre firm of solicitors employed by the buyers. She applied firm and constant pressure to those less efficient parties and formed a formidable team with our solicitor. It is no exaggeration to say that without Kate, the chances of achieving the (at times apparently impossibly optimistic) completion date desired by the buyers, would have been nil. Emails were answered extremely promptly, often within seconds, and it was abundantly clear that we were in good and experienced hands throughout the process. Robert Cooney have also acted as agents for letting our two flats and they have been similarly efficient and pro-active in that regard. The flats have rarely been empty for any length of time. I would not hesitate to recommend Robert Cooney highly to anyone considering selling or letting property.”

“We chose Robery Cooney to act as our Agents for selling our property in Taunton and did not regret it. They were efficient and friendly, viewings were handled with professionalism and feedback was prompt and clear. Unusually, they have a dedicated "sales progression" department ie someone dedicated to managing the process once we had accepted an offer and this worked well. Our sale did not progress smoothly but the team continued to push forward until exchange. I would recommend them 100%. Nice to have a good local, independent firm too. Thank you!”

“I recently retired after 25 years dealing with the legal side of moving home. During this time I have had to deal with literally hundreds of different Estate Agencies in the transfer of many thousands of properties. The firm of Robert Cooney in Taunton acted for the sellers of the property we chose to buy. I have to say that I have seldom come across such good and efficient service. Whilst there were hiccups which arose during the legal process these were quickly resolved by the professionalism of the staff at Robert Cooneys who were in constant contact with all concerned on both sides of the transaction. We would have no hesitation in using the firm again should the need arise.”

“We bought and sold properties through Robert Cooney and they were outstanding for both. They arranged a good amount of viewings despite our property having previously been on the market with a different agent, and secured a sale within a very reasonable amount of time. We had no hesitation to purchase through Robert Cooney also and did several viewings with the team who were all highly reliable, honest and friendly. Our sale was complicated by having an overseas buyer during a period of Brexit uncertainty - without the excellent progression services provided by Robert Cooney it is highly unlikely that the transactions would have proceeded. Highly recommended.”

“Absolutely amazing service, from start to finish - I can not recommend Robert Cooney and his team highly enough! From the initial meeting, through the viewings, right up to completion, the service is professional, supportive and customer focused. The sales brochure is carefully thought out, with beautiful photos, to present your house at its very best - head and shoulders above other local estate agents.
