“I am used to plan with Jeppesen FliteStar and RocketRoute fail in many respects; - AutoRoute not giving a graphical overview - No route-suggestions from others - Incomplete briefings - even though aircraft data seems to be complete, there is no W&B - No weather information when planning. Not sure that autoroute takes weather into account when the calculation is done etc...”

“15 days, more than 40 mails to obtain a answer to a very simple question : - are you able to provide overflight and landing permissions for some countries ? - how much will that cost ? - how long it take ? It is the first and last time I request you for such a poor and very expensive service you are unable to perform by yourself and that you sell to an other company : Astra Aviation Services !!! (taking some money for that)”
