I recently placed an order for my script and in 3 days received a notice from USPS thst my package was going to be delivered that day. After 3 to 4 days I did not receive the package so I called Rocket customer service and explained what happenened. The lady I spoke with put me on hold for a brief time and then told me my packsge was obviously lost by USPS. She then told me that they were sending out a duplicate order 2 day Fed X at no additional charge. And she was an American that spoke English!! Dosen't get much better than that. Rocket Rx is the Best.”
