“I did not receive my order. Tracking says delivered in or around mailbox, but nothing. I left a message through the chat option & received an email yesterday morning stating, to check my mailbox & around my house & if still can’t find it to let you know & you’ll send another order out requiring signature. Everything has been checked multiple times & it’s not here at. So, I replied to the email as instructed requesting another order be sent out requiring signature, but no response now. Could someone please get back to me or just process the new order & if rush shipping is an option, I’d be happy to pay for it… Have some big plans this weekend!”
