“The product is fine, but this is the second time that I paid extra for quick delivery and it was 6 days late. While I understand that once you fulfill the order with USPS, there is nothing else you can do to affect delivery, I think that you probably should alert your customers that the postal service is not likely to fulfill the order in a timely manner. I am trying not to be angry at your company, but unfortunately, there is some guilt by association.”
“RR is so easy and reliable. I had no idea it would make me feel like 18 again but most importantly my sweetheart approves it whole heartedly. I’ve heard my girl’s friends complain about their men and my girl smiles and says “not my man”! That’s one of the biggest complaints I’ve ever gotten.
