“Tadalafil works intermittently for me, but it's better with it than without. IAfter weeks of experimenting with dosage and when to take it, I find that if I take 5mg 1 hour before sex and then an additional 10mg 30 minutes before sex, I can maintain an erection, but anything less than 15 mg - and if I don't take it at this interval, it only provides a 3/4 firm erection which sometimes goes flaccid.”
