“I ordered a roller rated for 440lbs and what I received was only rated for 176lbs. Immediately I emailed customer service, it's now been 7 days with no response. Hopefully pay-pal will refund my money or Rockler will decide to have some finally decide to have some customer service and fix the problem.”
