I returned a dress on May 2024 and was given a gift card to use on future purchase. I could not use my gift card and use my free shipping during the transaction. After spendin much time on the call there was not a revolution in placing the order. I requested a refund to be sent out to me.

Normally when this happens and items are faulty I’ve had an exchange or refund.

The post office said I would get a full refund from Roman and then Roman wrote saying the Post Office had confirmed it was delivered to my property.

I informed them that I'd already done this , and it was not my job to run around tracking it down , it was down to them to locate it as I had paid for it ! After a few more emails they finally accepted that the package was lost but they ignored my request for a refund.

Ordered two different tops returned both but asked for a smaller size in one of them. Had refund for one but neither a smaller size or refund for the other. Terrible company. Avoid at all costs. All they do is play ping pong with e mails

I returned it to Roman in its original wrapping and Return Form, stating the reason for requesting a refund.

Don't even think of buying from this Company. They will rob you of your money if you need a refund.

Undelivered items, no refund when items returned. No response via email, through the website or on phone. Dreadful customer service. Used to be good but won’t be using again.

Ordered an item nearly three weeks ago and have not received it. Also spent and hour and on the phone to customer services only to be cut off twice. Eventually spoke to someone at third attempt to be told parcel had been refused delivery and I will have wait for refund when they receive it back. Do not believe this, will not be shopping with them again, very disappointing as I have had no trouble before.

One item not dispatched and have sent three messages ( todays would not send however .Tried endless times to phone ..29th ,27th etc ever time .I hung on today and after about 25 minutes was cut off .I had an email from Roman to say the refund for this item was being processed on 1st March ,almost a month .What dreadful after sales service this is .I would be dubious to use Roman again
