“ Contacted customer services and told I was out of the 30 day returns by ONE DAY!!!!!. ”

“ Nice clothes, put you have to be careful on their sizing. I've just bought a shirt from them, size 12 and its massive!! Also returns are too expensive and that puts me off ordering online clothes.. ”

“ Very disappointing customer service. I have spent a considerable amount of money with Roman and for various reasons I have been away with work and unable to return my items I did not want within the 30 days in fact I requested to return them after 36 days. They are in perfect condition and Roman point blank refused to accept them even though I explained the circumstances. I will now never ever purchase items again from Roman. Be Aware Policy more important than customers also to make returns you need to take them to the Post Office which makes it even more difficult Date of experience: 22 July 2025 ”

“ Over the following weeks, I followed up with several more emails, but these were either not answered, or I was told I was outside the returns period of 30 days. ”

“ Can't fathom out the postage. I paid for a dress with £1.99 postage but had to return it. I returned it via the returns label and lost another £5 when my card was credited.. I won't touch Roman again. I'm one of the lucky ones seeing some of these reviews. ”

“ Absolutely appalling customer service. After 5 emails requesting a new returns label as the original couldn’t be scanned by the post office I eventually called customer services . After a 48 minute wait I was eventually connected and was cut off within 10 seconds ! Coincidence ? I think not !!! I am now outside the return period and left with an unwanted item. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY ”

“ No returns label within parcel. Customer service 0. Impossible to contact. Ordered 2 jackets and wish to return 1. Have tried and tried for days to no avail. I will never be buying from them again. But they have taken the money out of my account for something I want to return. ”

“ Part of order missing. Sent three messages no reply. Tried ringing on numerous occasions but either line goes dead or in a long queue. Need to return other items but want to check the jacket I am waiting for is ok before returning so I don’t have to pay £3 x 2 for returns. ”
