Which was terminated by the customer service rep (Janel) when I asked for a refund due to lack of delivery. Now if I try to "live" chat again, I get a message that says they will get back to me. Sounds more like they blocked me. Waste of money and time. Don't purchase for this company. ”

I have reached out through the 24hr online chat and was told that the maximum delivery date would be 12/17, it is now 12/18 and I don’t have my package and the USPS tracking is still awaiting my item. ”
