Today they told me that they confirmation I refused delivery but still will not process a refund as the sane vendor you couldn't track has supposedly not received it.

RONA told me they won't price match, so I asked for a refund and will go buy my items from their competition since they do a better job ensuring they have the lowest price.

RONA told me that I can’t return the appliance, and the manufacturer Forno refused to give a refund, even though there is a one year warranty.

RONA did refund me the install fee but now I have 3 old toilets to be removed and 3 new ones stacked in my dining room to be installed.

Terrible experience with RONA. Ordered a kitchen faucet online. The order was missing parts. This was only discovered after we paid for a plumber to change the faucet. We paid for a plumber to do absolutely nothing because of RONA’s terrible quality control of not sending us all the parts. The return and refund was terribly mismanaged. We will never do business with RONA again.

We were buying patio stones. After paying for them we waited over 30 minutes for someone to show up with a forklift. We went back into the store to inquire twice, they said they were short staffed. No staff in garden centre the entire time.We spent enough of our time waiting so got a refund and went and spent our money at Home Depot!

Ordered this product on July 1. I was short shipped half of my order (paid for two sets and only received 1). The 1 star is for customer service as they don't update at all and haven't been able to get my missing set shipped (it has been 3 weeks and I am now returning and asking for full refund). I would give 5 stars for the product. Just as advertised, nice colour and weight, they look wonderful, at least the 1 set I received does!

Only 2 out of the three boxes were delivered. The 2 are useless without the third as they are all for one large piece of furniture. They will not refund because I received part of the order. They will not pick up the useless boxes.
