“ I purchased 5 cases of landscape edging. Took them home and used 3 boxes, opened the 4th box and it was full of miscellaneous items such as taps, power tools etc. Called RONA on this and they found my extra 2 boxes still in store. The thing about this is I purchased the items in May and this was in September. They loaded my product and delivered it to me. We are approximately 1.5 hours away from the store. The store manager brought it out personally. I am very impressed with the service I received ”

“ I walked in the store and there wasn’t any people around at the Caledonia and Castlefield location. There wasn’t a lot of staff as back when it used to be Lowe’s So I started racing my voice a little and saying hello is there anybody in here? It turns out to be that there was a man named Peter D’urso who said he could help me even though it was not his department. He was very helpful/knowledgeable, and took his time assisting me in getting what I needed. Great customer service and I am thankful ”
