They only have an automated chat that asks for your booking number, email address, and a verification code they email to you. It then sends you a link that takes you to a site where you can enter a "task" (Send booking documents, Customer Complaint, etc) but they go nowhere!!! Just three days before our scheduled departure, we contacted the hotel directly to confirm our details, only to learn that they had no record of our reservation. Attempting to resolve this issue with Roomdi.com proved impossible as they lack accessible customer service. Their only method of communication is through an automated chat that provides generic responses and does not cater to specific queries or urgent needs.
Despite numerous attempts to reach out via different channels, the only response we received was an email—just 10 hours before our flight—informing us that our reservation was no longer available and suggesting we cancel it. This email provided no explanation or alternative solutions, leaving us stranded and forced to scramble for last-minute accommodations.
Following this, we sent multiple emails seeking an explanation or any form of assistance, all of which went unanswered. This lack of response and the overall handling of our booking have been incredibly disappointing.
I urge anyone considering using Roomdi.com for their travel bookings to reconsider. Based on our experience, their inability to secure confirmed reservations, coupled with a complete lack of effective customer service, can ruin your trip. Do yourself a favor and choose a more reliable agency.”

As you can read in the hotel comments below, the issue is not that I don't have an Irish nationality, the problem is that I don't have an UK nationality. However never in my life I choosed roomdi.uk, so the problem is 100% Roomdi, probably Roomdi.ie. You have misinformed us whole week and ruined part of our holiday experience. Any EU booking would do, but Roomdi chose an UK! local agency, Master UK to carry out this booking.
I expect you to conpensate, the €120 I had to pay instantly and without any prior notice, because Roomdi chose and used an UK agency (Master UK) for 2 EU citizens.
I expect you to refund this a.s.a.p! , or I will take further action, of which very bad truthfull reviews will just be the initial one.

“We booked and paid £167 for a Hotel in London for my wife’s Xmas do which was confirmed. When we arrived, the hotel had no knowledge of our booking and no rooms available. Roomdi’s website stated that their customer service was only available between 0800 and 1200(?!). We ended up taking a taxi to a friend’s hotel nearby and used their room to get changed. There were no equivalent hotels nearby at which to stay, so we ended up getting a taxi home at the end of the evening - two hours in traffic and a further £120 spent. This company’s shocking service led to an awful, stressful and expensive evening - disgraceful…”
