The parcel (dressing tables and stool) then got lost at the warehouse, and was told another would be sent in 48 hours, it took 4 days!
Eventually it finally arrived, the stool was marked in 3 places, which i notified Roseland of (with pictures), to be fair they offered to refund replace (hence 2 stars), or refund 15%.

I have been in touch with the company who say these can be returned for a refund, but I have to send them photographic proof of the problems before they can arrange this and the service seemed deliberately unhelpful.

Order a white farrow cupboard. It arrived damaged. Contacted Roseland and they were suspect quick to exchange. Collection of old and delivery of new arranged very quickly. Unfortunately the replacement cabinet was also damaged. Partial refund given.

Unfortunately, the first tv cabinet that arrived was badly scratched. Roseland were quick to send a replacement but unfortunately that one also had a mark on top, which I couldn't remove completely. I accepted a very small refund as I couldn't be bothered to return another one! I don't think their quality control exists......

When I explained that I had re wrapped the mattress so could not send this photo they said they would be taking £40 off my refund when the area was there end as I’m sending me an incorrect item.
