here is my experience it took 12 emails and one call (pointless as they told me to email them !!!!)to get them to agree to exchange table I didn’t even want a refund!!!! Had email from company to collect but I was not around that day messaged them to let them know still waiting obviously not now going to get this before Christmas make sure u look at small print u have to repack returns we’ll table weighed a ton and as I had to rip boxes to get it out couldn’t repack so cost me £10 in bubble wrap and nearly killed me doing it ….

Unfortunately my purchase didn’t work out so was returned. I can’t praise customer service enough. The process of returns and refund process is exceptional. I would certainly use Roseland again.

After what felt like a seemless returns policy with arranging with their courier to collect he damaged items for a refund, the courier didn’t turn up on the day arranged and I am still waiting for collection! I’m chasing this everyday and seem to get same response, that the item is due for collection by the courier.

When I contacted the company, they had a very efficient returns policy which led me to believe that this sort of thing could be commonplace.

Sorry to be negative but I was disappointed. The grain transfer on the top was smudged and some of the cut edges were still jagged. I had expected better, £200 for a tv unit is not a small amount to pay. Your website is excellent and promises a quality product. No, I couldn't bear to go through the Returns process. I have smartened it up myself and it looks okay. I was hoping for more than okay. I shall not order from you again.

My original order was unfortunately damaged when it arrived and although I received a quick response from Roseland Furniture when I sent a photo as requested on their website, I felt the returns process was slightly long winded as I then had to complete and online form and had to wait for a further reply regarding a replacement.

The bookshelf is ok. The customer service from Roseland Furniture is appalling. Would never ever buy from this company again. If you ever have a problem then it's a nightmare. They don't read your emails properly. They advertise easy returns, that is not true. It took 6 weeks for them to finally sort out a return and then they sent two couriers out on the same day!

Purchased a chest of draws.Unfortunately there was considerable damage . Contacted Roseland Furniture and they were very appologetic and arranged a replacement set.The replacement draws were fine.The returns process wasn't great probably due to the ongoing pandemic.Overall reasonably happy.

Disappointed with the quality of the items received but returns are free and I received a full refund.

If the stock had been checked then we wouldn’t be having the issues of returns.
