“If you are going to purchase clothes from this company- don't buy anything over $20 (except for the linen tulip pants, they rock!) and make sure that it is from their cotton / linen collection. Everything else, if you read it, is polyester. Always check the sizing too, in some styles I am a small -and some I am a large- always check the measurements on the site for each product. Lastly, and I am speculating, if you are going to order do not surf in and out of the website. Look at stuff on a different device- then go in on another device and place your order in one swoop! I have noticed that they raise the "free shipping" limit when I close and go back in, like first it is $75 free shipping then when I go back in it is now $100 free shipping. What you buy is yours- don't plan on returning anything! But I will let you know- I get a lot of compliments on the items I have purchased from Roselinlin.”
“Do not order from this company. They sell your cc info. I was almost scammed for $3000.00. Buyer beware. You’ve been advised. Buy at your risk. They also make returns very very difficult”
“All of the products are made cheaply and poorly and I doubt if they will last through one washing. There are no care instructions. The pictures looked stylish on the computer, but they are horrible in reality. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. JUST TERRIBLE.”
“I ordered two dresses. Terrible polyester fabric that just feels slick and uncomfortable. the website doesn't tell you what type of fabric it is, but I took a chance. They look awful on me. I'm 5'2"and 125 pounds. When I tried to return, they have about 10 steps, the first one being to go to the bottom of their website page and find "tracking your order." It's not there. Also, I Ordered through Roselinlin, but it came in a bag with the label "JustFashionNow." Took over two weeks to get it. Stay away!!”
“do not order from here read the return policy it clearly reads you cannot return to the address it came from. Because you have to send it to CHINA yeah. You will fill out custom forms and if you're lucky in a month it will get there by then 30 days are up no money back. I had a horrible experience. And guess what they keep changing their name to throw new customer off .”
“Buyer Beware. ROSELINLIN has a return/refund policy that raises red flags. You are required to return merchandise to Guangzhou, China. Many people have done that, packages did not arrive at the destination, suffer losses, no cash refund. Evidence that ROSELINLIN is a scam -- google use words Better Business Bureau (BBB) search ROSELINLIN to discover several unfortunate folks that were scammed. My ROSELINLIN Order US$109. arrived Not as Described, not cotton, not linen, but acetate, wrinkly and poor workmanship (ie. uneven seams, does not hang right, not comfortable). I do not want to get scammed by ROSELINLIN told me to return to China address. RESOLUTION - If you are in this situation, I recommend you contact your financial institution and dispute the transaction.”
“TERRIBLE SCAM COMPANY!! Cheap polyester clothes- they do not look like the photos and now my emails from Customer Service to them all bounce back- I sent the dresses back to China at my own expense. Now I have no clothes I bought, no refund on my credit card and NO reply from Company! BEWARE- do NOT buy from them!!!”
“Notice how similar the 4 or 5 star reviews are on TrustPilot etc. I see they are now submitting very positive reviews (almost identical) with a 3 rating, so they will not be picked up by fraud bots!
Many have had the same experience as me - not just very poor quality, but the clothes bear no resemblance at all to the pics. Sizes are ridiculous (giant in my case, for size small, other customers say much too small).
Returns must be to China, and within 7 days - as items come separately over a period of several weeks, this is not practical. Returns must be sent with their post label, which they do not send, to an address which is not published.
I believe the same company is using other names and advertising widely online - similar adverts and reviews for NewChic and JustFashionNow.
If you have had a problem with such a company and paid by credit card ask the card co to refund you if you do not get anywhere directly. I sent (to John Lewis Partnership card) screen pics of the company's garment illustrations and pics of the actual items, plus close-ups of the poor quality stitching and a list of my contacts with Roselinlin. They refunded in full.
If everyone does this there will be some action against them from the banks, I am sure!”
